Discover the Joy of Process Art at Art Center Morro Bay This Summer
MORRO BAY — This summer, Art Center Morro Bay is presenting an opportunity for young artists to delve into the world of Process Art, focusing on the joy of creating and discovering. Under the expert guidance of Kathryn, students will be encouraged to explore a variety of materials and techniques designed to ignite their confidence and imagination.
Participants will engage in a range of artistic activities, including drawing and painting, cartoon creations, and abstract art projects. The program offers a hands-on experience with different art mediums such as graphite pencil, watercolor, and paint, providing a comprehensive introduction to the world of art. This is an ideal setting for both beginners and experienced young artists to stretch their creative muscles.
The summer art sessions are scheduled as follows:
- Session One: July 16 & 18
- Session Two: July 30 & August 1
- Session Three: August 7 & 8
Classes will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Art Center Morro Bay, located at 835 Main St., Morro Bay. The program is designed for children aged 6-12 years, with small class sizes ensuring personalized attention. All supplies and snacks are included in the $80 fee.
